WAYS

TO GET

INVOLVED

01

FB ACT

When you join FB ACT, we’ll call on you to act when it is most necessary. You’ll be asked to contact your elected officials or submit a comment into a federal docket on key ag issues. FB ACT allows you to act whenever and wherever you’re ready. Whether it’s from the cab of the combine, or in between farm chores, your voice matters and joining FB ACT will make sure it is heard.

02

IAA ANNUAL MEETING

Another way to get involved is to attend the IAA Annual Meeting to see first hand how Farm Bureau works with policy and advocacy. Annual Meeting is your chance to sit on the delegate floor and help make decisions on policies for our policy book that our state and national advocacy teams use to take stance on proposed bills.

03

COUNTY FB BOARD

The Jersey County Farm Bureau board is comprised of 17 individuals- 3 from each district, the Women's Committee Chair, and the Young Leader's Chair (Vacant). The board helps plan events for our members and has unique opportunities to attend conferences, discover more about Farm Bureau, and stay updated on what is happening in the ag industry.
